Kaddoo

for the pour
  • 2oz DESI
  • 1oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2oz Half & Half
  • 1 tbs Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1 ounces Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Ice Cubes
assemble
  • Add 1 cup of ice and all ingredients to blender.
  • Combine ice & remaining cocktails ingredients
  • Shake vigorously until shaker is chilled to the touch
  • Strain & Pour cocktail into martini glass
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick & nutmeg

  • 2 Scoops Mango Ice Cream
assemble
  • Add 1 cup of ice and all ingredients to blender.

  • 1-4oz cranberry juice
  • 1-4oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Lemon peel twist (optional)

  • Fill your martini glass with ice and pour cold water to chill the glass for 5 minutes.
  • Fill a shaker with 4-6 ice cubes.
  • Add DESI, cranberry juice and triple sec
    to the shaker.
  • Shake together and strain into chilled cocktail glass
  • Add lemon peel twist for garnish

  • 3-4oz pomegranate juice
  • Splash of seltzer or club

  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Add DESI
  • Add lime juice.
  • Add pomegranate juice.
  • Add splash.
  • Stir and serve immediately.
    (For a sweeter palate, add 1/2oz of liquid
    sugar, or simple syrup)

  • 1/2oz Dry Vermouth
  • Garnish of choice: Olive or Lemon Peel Twist

  • Fill your martini glass with ice and pour cold water to chill the glass for 5 minutes
  • Fill a shaker with 4-6 ice cubes.
  • Add DESI & dry vermouth to the shaker.
  • Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Add garnish. Serve

Mumbai Mule

  • 2oz DESI
  • Fresh lime
  • 6oz Ginger beer of choice
DESI namak (salt)
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Serrano or jalapeno salt (optional)
  • Two (2) teaspoons of coarse kosher salt
assemble
  • Mix spices together, and spread on small plate.
  • Cut lime in half and rub the rim of the copper mug or cocktail glass with the half lime.
  • Dip the rim of the mug or glass in the DESI-Namak and spread so the rim is lined with it.
  • Squeeze the same half of lime in the mug or glass.
  • Add Horchata
  • Add 4-5 cubes of ice to glass or mug.
  • Add two ounces of DESI.
  • Add six ounces of ginger beer.

  • Add DESI, lime juice, and honey to shaker with ice.

  • Muddled Passion Fruit

  • Add ice to glass of choice.
  • Add muddled fruit; discarding the shell....
  • Pour in DESI.
  • Pour in Peach Juice.
  • Pour in Mango Juice.
  • Stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Garnish with mint or basil.

  • 4oz aerated lemon drink
  • Pinch of salf

  • Add 4-5 cubes of ice to glass or mug.......
  • Add two ounces of DESI.
  • Add two ounces of juice.
  • Add 4oz of lemon or lemon-lime drink.
  • Add pinch of salt.
  • Stir and serve with a garnish of choice.
